Andrew Leckey says Verizon rating is ‘buy’ partly because : “Verizon’s offering of Palm Inc.’s new Pre smartphone in early 2010 and upcoming phones from Motorola Inc. is being counted upon to provide a boost to future cell phone prospects.”

Only if they don’t cripple the phones as they have done with many phones in the past (eliminate WiFi capability present in other carrier’s versions of the same phone, disable tethering, etc.)
